President of Council Administration IGEADI, I.P. Mrs. Ana Paula da Cruz together with her members participated in reflecting on the successes and challenges of 2025, preparing to execute plans and programs for 2026 and receiving the distribution of the 2026 budget fiscal package organized by MOP at Delta Nova Hall.
DILI, Friday, January 30, 2026– IGEADI Board of Directors, I.P. led by President Dr. Ana Paula da Cruz and accompanied by Vogal Almeiro C Cairo Alves, Executive Director Eng, Sonio Anuno S da Silva and National Director of Corporate Services, Diamantio de Carvalho, participated in the reflection on the success and challenges of work in 2025, prepared to execute the plan and distribution program for 2026 and received the fiscal year OJE 2026, Ministry of Public Works, held at Delta Nova Díli, on Friday (30/01/2026).
The reflection session was led by Minister of Public Works (MOP) Samuel Marçal and participated by Secretary of State for Electricity, Water and Sanitation (SEEAS) Santos Noronha, President of the I.P. and those responsible for the E.P., included the National Director and the Chief Executive Officer (MOP).
Through his intervention MOP Samuel Marçal thanked for the service, effort and dedication of all employees in 2025, therefore the execution in 2025 reached 94%
In addition, the top leadership in the Ministry of Public Works also asked all employees, not to be happy or feel satisfied with the execution of the 2025 budget but still strive to work in 2026 for the execution of the budget to go as well as last year.
