The President of council IGEADI, I.P. Participated in National flag raising Ceremony to commemorate the the 50th Unilateral proclamation of independence of RDTL in RAEOA.
RAEOA, 28th November 2025 – Institute of Equipment Management and Infrastructure Development Support, Public Institute (IGEADI, I.P.),, led by the President of Council Administration (PCA), Dra. Ana Paula Da Cruz , participated in the National flag raising Ceremony, to commemorate 50th anniversary of the unilateral proclamation of independence of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste (RDTL), at camp 1 de Maio , Palaban, , Oecusi Ambeno Special Administrative Region, Wednesday (28/11/2025).
In this activity, the Prime Minister (PM), Kay Rala Xanana Gusmão, who was the inspector of the flag raising ceremony to commemorate the day of the unilateral proclamation of independence of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste (RDTL) in 50 years,
The flag raising ceremony was attended by the Prime Minister, Kay Rala Xanana Gusmão, accompanied by the Minister of Public Works, Samuel Marçal, Deputy Minister of Infrastructure, Júlio do Carmo, Secretary of State for Electricity, Water and Sanitation, Santos Noronha, the President Authority of RAEOA Regio da Cruz,, President IGEADI, I.P. Dra. Ana Paula da Cruz,Vocal I Almerio C Caeiro Alves, Vocal II Adelina de Andrade, Executive Director, Eng. Sonio Anuno S da Silva, chief position and all employees of IGEADI, I.P., including the peoples of RAEOA, security authority PNTL and FFDTL.
