The President of the IGEADI, I.P. Board of Directors, I.P. Ms. Ana Paula da Cruz accompanied the debate of the 2026 State Budget in Parliament.
DILI- 18-11-2025 – President of the Institute of Equipment Management and Infrastructure Development Support, Public Institute (IGEADI,I.P.), Dra. Ana Paula da Cruz, on Tuesday (18/11/2025), participated in the debate on the General State Budget (OJE) fiscal year 2026 for the Ministry of Public Works (MOP) with a total of $237,108,892.
In the specialty phase debate, the National Parliament approved the 2026 budget for MOP with 42 votes in favour, 23 abstentions and zero against.
The specialty debate was led by the President of the National Parliament, Maria Fernanda Lay and was attended by Prime Minister (PM), Kay Rala Xanana Gusmão, Minister of Public Works (MOP), Samuel Marçal, Deputy Minister of Infrastructures Júlio do Carmo, Secretary of State for Electricity, Water and Sanitation Santos Noronha and President of tutelary institutions such as IGEADI,I.P, BEE-TL-EP and EDTL-E.P.
