IGEADI, I.P. PARTICIPATED IN THE CEREMONY OF LAYING THE FIRST STONE BUILDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A LAMARA BRIDGE CONNECTED BETWEEN THE MALE VILLAGE TO THE NATARBORA ADMINISTRATIVE POST, THE MUNICIPALITY OF MANATUTO.

FIRST MILESTONE – Prime Minister (PM), Kay Rala Xanana Gusmão accompanied by Minister of Public Works (MOP), Samuel Marçal  laid the first  stone to build the Lamara bridge that connects Manehat to Natabora administrative post, Manatuto Municipality, Saturday (02/08/2025).

 

Manatuto, 2 August 2025 – Institute of Equipment Management and Infrastructure Development Support, Public Institute (IGEADI.IP), led by Executive Director (DE), Eng Sonio Anuno  S. da Silva accompanied by National Director of Corporate Services (DNSC),  Diamantio de Carvalho, participated in the launch ceremony Natabora Administrative Post, Manatuto Municipality, Saturday (02/08/2025).

On this occasion, Prime Minister (PM), Kay Rala Xanana Gusmão accompanied by Minister of Public Works (MOP), Samuel Marçal laid the First stone to build the Lamara bridge that connects Manehat to Natabora administrative post, Manatuto Municipality.

While the bridge construction project with contract number TENDER/185/MOP-2024 with a budget of $4,605,887.72 supervised by the Ministry of Public Works with a duration of 365 days. The bridge is 100 meters long and seven meters wide.

Participating in the launch ceremony were Deputy Minister of Parliamentary Affairs (VMAP), Adérito Hugo da Costa, Deputy Minister of Infrastructures (VMI), Júlio do Carmo, Secretary of State for Social Communications (SEKOM), Expedito Dias Ximenes, Secretary of State for Local Development (SEKDL), Secretary of State Matlo dos Tallo Veterans (SEV), César dos Santos da Silva, President of the Municipal Authority (PAM) Manatuto, Luis Inacio Hanrique Fernandes, local authorities, representatives of the National Development Agency (ADN), technicians from MOP and the population of Natarbora.
