Strengthen and enhance the skills of Timorese with the objective of raising standards in Timor-Leste, to show that Timorese can also improve their personal qualifications to compete in employment opportunities in Timor-Leste and abroad,” said Managing Director, Licensing.ti, Kay Olo Sword Gusmão.
